It is essential that all San Blas by Boat customers carefully review our terms and conditions before booking, as these are strictly enforced. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before confirming your booking. All clients are presumed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms prior to making any deposit.
All prices are in USD and are considered final once the booking is confirmed. No claims regarding pricing will be accepted afterward.
After you request a reservation, you will receive an email confirming the availability and payment instructions. The booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 24 hours of the reservation request.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon boarding or up to 15 days before via bank transfer or credit card.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Commissions may not be refunded.
Date changes are allowed up to 14 days before the trip in urgent cases and may incur extra costs.
In case of major changes or cancellations not caused by Force Majeure, travelers may opt for a refund, reschedule, or alternate trip.
In Force Majeure cases, itinerary changes and additional costs are the responsibility of the traveler.
Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical evacuation, delays, baggage, and repatriation. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses.
Travelers must have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, proof of insurance, and required vaccinations.
Accommodations are provided via third-party boat operators. Rates are based on double occupancy, and a single supplement may apply.
We reserve the right to terminate participation if a traveler's behavior endangers others or violates rules. In such cases, the traveler must cover alternative arrangements.
Report any issues immediately during your trip to give us a chance to resolve them. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the trip's end.
We act as an agent for third-party providers and are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by third parties or force majeure events.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).
